&lt;p&gt;[page 2] you in my behalf— can the infusion of this Bark[?] be used without the constant supervision of the surgeon or must &lt;del&gt;your&lt;/del&gt; the [inserted] patients come to you? or will all medical[?] men. be able to use it. when you send it to them or enable them to obtain it – Our minister to Ecuador Mr Wing. sent me some of this bark[?] to Rome — but it failed to reach me. I wrote to him to ask for more. but have not heard in reply — Mr Fish (Sec&lt;sup&gt;y&lt;/sup&gt; of state). kindly sent me all the papers which the Depart printed about it. but I have since heard, incidentally, that&lt;/p&gt;&#13;

The remedy prove effectual in more cases. a commission of +++ — reported in London — That it would not be possible for a steam vessel to cross the Atlantic. &amp;amp; gave the most convincing reasons why it could not be. The following year. The "Great Western" &amp;amp; the "Sirius crossed the Atlantic most successfully &lt;br /&gt;Pardon me for troubling you. &amp;amp; if you can give me any help in hope.
