Chorley discusses future engangements for Cushman with Mr. Wallack[?] for which he would give her his "Duchess Eleanor" as Cushman is asked to bring a play to be engaged.

[2946] Dear friend I owe you many – every – apologies. but make none: since you know. (& yet you don't) what my life has been since my return. & I get weary of growling when I can't help. If [inserted] else had I written to you while you were it Liverpool in doing you certain prescriptions which I now enclose / & my account such it is. which proves me
